This page shows the light field rendering in a web browser using AJAX. The images are acquired at various positions by a hand-held camera, that is, cameras are uncalibrated. Our Structure-from-Motion algorithm reconstructs the camera geometry using image features, from which the lightfield of the scene is reconstructed using the unstructured lumigraph algorithm. The images are generated by the combination of perspective transformation of images and alpha blending which are implemented using the canvas element in HTML. You can change the viewpoint and focus interactively by draging mouse and rotating wheel on the screen.
